The tallest hotel in the world, Rose Rayhaan, opened in Dubai on Wednesday. The hotel is located 1 kilometer away from the 200 storey tour Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, inaugurated on Monday.

VIDEO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ue1sk2bCz4k Rose Rayhaan has 481 rooms, suites and penthouses and is 333 meters high, and will therefore gain the Guiness World Record for the “World’s Tallest Single Use Hotel”. Some other buildings, which also have hotels in it, like Burj Khalifa are higher, but none of them is used as a Hotel only. The Rose Rayhaan Hotel by Rotana is a dry hotel by the way, which means there is no alcohol served inside. Bucharest Herald
