Mary J. Blige reportedly assaulted her husband at a party. According to the New York Post, the R&B singer allegedly punched her husband Kendu Isaacs in the face for flirting with a waitress at her record release party at club M2.

A witness said: "She turned to him and was screaming, 'You're not going to ruin my night'. They got up in each other's faces before someone tried to separate them, at which point she shoved the guy aside, pulled back and popped Isaacs in the face."

The 38-year-old singer, Isaacs and their entourages were escorted out of the club through a back door. The source added: "She was yelling at him, 'What are you gonna do, Chris Brown me?' Four of her bodyguards and two of the club's kept them apart."

Blige then entered a nearby restroom to fix her hair and make-up, but left the party immediately, which was attended by Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Busta Rhymes. When asked for comment, Blige's spokesperson said: "People lie and don't know what they're talking about."
