Miss Paris 2009 officially lost her crown after nude photos of her were published in French magazine Entrevue. Genevieve de Fontenay, the president of Miss France Commission started the destitution procedure, immediately after finding out that Kelly Bochenko had some pornographic pictures of her taken, breaking thus the Miss France regulation.
 But it’s quite difficult for a woman to be liked by the lady wearing hat- Genevieve de Fontenay, since Kelly Bochenko will not be replaced. Genevieve didn’t like any of the other competitors for Miss France title this year.
“The other candidates were not suitable. It’s Miss Ile de France, Lisa Alberici who will represent Paris as well.” Genevieve stated for Le Parisien. Regarding Kelly Bochenko the lady with the hat was not kind at all: “She should go to hell. She is a pervert, a liar and a cheater. She used to be brunette, like in these really porn photos… Are you sure that these photos were taken four years ago? She only changed her hair color, she started lying by telling us it was not her in the photos. She signed twice the regulation, in 2008 and in 2009. She lied twice.” Kelly Bochenko doesn’t seem willing to give up on her title. In a press communiqué, her lawyer says that : “Since she joined the Miss France Society, Miss Kelly Bocheko stated that she never participated in nude photo sessions. This is the case, as the photos which were taken of her don’t reveal a professional photo session, but a personal and private experience.” Bucharest Herald
