I hate papers or whatever media means which support the ruling power. Whichever that power may be. During the social-democrat ruling there were dozens of papers and magazines ready to praise the then PM Adrian Nastase. Now the only difference is that there are fewer publications on the market, as many went bankrupt. I’m not going to give examples of such publications, but an example of how to manipulate the information needs to be stressed.

The Romanian proverb "The fool who's not conceited, is not fool enough!" suits Emil Boc very well, former PM Calin Popescu Tariceanu said on Tuesday, talking about the austerity measures that the current government wants to enforce as of June. Tariceanu accused Boc of lacking even the minimum knowledge to help him through this period and said President Basescu actually acts as prime minister as well. Tariceanu presented 22 anti-crisis measures such as freezing salaries and pensions, including BNR in the list of entities that pay tax on profit, taxing agents' fees, giving up foreign trips and mobile phone costs.

Prime Minister Emil Boc gave up his term and is planning to announce the decision very soon, according to journalist Ion Cristoiu. Without making any other comments, the journalist said Boc presented his resignation two weeks ago, according to Realitatea.net. "Emil Boc filed is resignation two weeks ago, as far as I know," Cristoiu said.
